Evaluation & Selection
Teams are evaluated at two levels:
- Local (Jan 6, 2025) by Next Trend Hub
- Continental (Jan 9, 2025) by CATS/WADA
Evaluation Criteria

Presentation Format
- 10 minutes: Present your journey + solution
- 5 minutes: Q&A with judges
- Required: Links to all 7 team documentation pages

Prize Structure
Local (Next Trend Hub):
- 1st Place: 500 ADA
- 2nd Place: 300 ADA
- 3rd Place: 200 ADA
Continental:
- Top 5 teams receive additional ADA prizes
- Trip to Kenya for final showcase

Judges will review your team’s 7 documentation pages:
Common Mistakes
- Skipping voice notes (automatic disqualification)
- Weak or superficial community research
- Building before validating the problem
- Poor documentation on team pages
- Missing mandatory quadrants
