Evaluation & Selection

Teams are evaluated at two levels:

  • Local (Jan 6, 2025) by Next Trend Hub
  • Continental (Jan 9, 2025) by CATS/WADA

Evaluation Criteria

Presentation Format

  • 10 minutes: Present your journey + solution
  • 5 minutes: Q&A with judges
  • Required: Links to all 7 team documentation pages

Common Mistakes

  • Skipping voice notes (automatic disqualification)
  • Weak or superficial community research
  • Building before validating the problem
  • Poor documentation on team pages
  • Missing mandatory quadrants
