Questions Answered
Q: Do we need to focus on blockchain problems?
A: No. Find real community problems first. Cardano integration comes later if it makes sense for your solution.
Q: How many people should we interview?
A: Aim for at least 10-15 conversations during discovery phase. Quality over quantity.
Q: Can we work on existing ideas we had before?
A: Only if you can validate it through fresh community research. Start from curiosity, not solutions.
Next Meeting
Date: Saturday, November 9, 1PM
Focus: Initial research findings, observation techniques
Prep: Bring notes on early community interactions
