Phase 2: Community Problem Discovery

Dates: November 8-21, 2024 (2 weeks)
Focus: Ground Truth collection - Quadrant 1 of action-learning

What Happens

During these two weeks, individual participants:

Conduct community interviews (minimum 10-15 people)
Record voice notes of all conversations (mandatory)
Observe community problems in real settings
Document findings in weekly reports
Attend check-ins to share progress

Talk to diverse community members (different ages, occupations, neighborhoods)
Ask open-ended questions about daily challenges
Record voice notes for every interview
Take detailed observation notes

Energy/electricity
Water access
Community safety
Small business challenges

3. Documentation

Each participant maintains:

Voice note collection (uploaded to cloud storage)
Interview summaries
Observation notes
Weekly progress reports
